Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds and returns, designed to provide clarity and a positive shopping experience for you.
Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline
To meet our Return and Refunds requirements, all Artwork must be in original condition, undamaged, in original packaging and must be done within the below timeframes and terms.
Return of Damaged or Incorrect Artwork
We at all times abide by the Australian Consumer law (‘ACL’) with respect to sale of our Artwork. If the Artwork arrives damaged, we have sent the incorrect Artwork, you believe the Artwork is not as described on our website or for other reasons under which you believe you may have a claim under ACL, please contact us immediately and within 5 days of receipt of your item and we will help you to arrange to return and either refund or a replacement item at your discretion. We will cover the cost of all return shipping and freight fees in addition to the cost of shipping any Artwork to you should you choose to receive a replacement Artwork.
Return for Change of Mind
We offer a 30 day refund if you change your mind or wish to exchange any of our products. Please notify us of your return prior the expiry of the 30 day period at Contact@kyliemackay.com.au. You are responsible for arranging, returning and ensuring we receive the Artwork unopened or suitably sealed in the original packaging which must be untouched and untampered, and using the same shipping freight carrier and method as originally sent to you. You are responsible for all return shipping and freight costs.
We require a 3 day inspection period to ensure the Artwork is in original condition prior to any refund. Refund will be made by the original payment method. As individual credit card and bank refund timing may vary depending on your bank, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show in your account.
Gift Certificates
Gift vouchers are transferable, allowing you to share the joy of art with your friends and loved ones.
Gift vouchers purchased from www.kyliemackay.com.au are valid for a minimum of three years from the date of purchase.
The gift voucher can be used across multiple transactions. No transaction fees are associated with the use of this gift voucher.
The expiry date of the gift voucher will be prominently displayed on the emailed voucher along with the date of issue. For example, “Valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Date of issue: [Month] [Year].”
Gift cards purchased from www.kyliemackay.com.au do not include any fees or charges the recipient must pay after the gift card has been purchased.
Please note that gift vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash. They can only be used for purchases on Kyliemackay.com.au, and any unused balance remains available for future purchases.
Refunds for Custom Artwork
Whilst we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, we do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our Artwork that is custom, has been commissioned or that has been personalized as we have provided these items in accordance with your personal instructions.
We also do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges on digital downloads or sale items.
Please ensure you choose from our website carefully and please also let us know if you have any questions we may assist with prior to your purchase.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@kyliemackay.com.au.
